The process
Knit to finish — eight stages, one roof.
Most knit programmes pass through five or six separate suppliers. We run every stage in-house — fewer hand-offs, tighter control, shorter & more reliable lead times.
Dyeing & lab-dips
Reactive, organic & yarn-dyed programmes — every shade matched to an approved lab-dip.
Printing & embroidery
Placement & all-over screen print, high-density, discharge, digital, plus computerised embroidery.
Cutting
Straight- & band-knife cutting with experienced masters and accurate lay-planning.
Stitching
Modern lines (Juki / Yamato class), trained operators, multi-style flexibility.
Checking
In-line & end-line inspection, with a needle / metal-detector pass on every garment.
Finishing
